This is a very good book! I read it to my 3rd grade Sunday school class and they were captivated. I think it is a true depiction of Paul: his life before he became a follower of Christ, and also what motivated him to be a follower of Christianity. One little girl in particular had lots of questions about Paul's decision to be baptized, and the next time I saw her she told me she was attending a baptism class. I'm not sure how much the book motivated her (she was clearly already seeking) but it may have helped clarify the decision for her. I highly recommend it.
