This is a collection of short stories about the character Lythande who Bradley created for Thieves World, an anthology of similar stories. There is also a story written about the character by Vonda McIntyre. Lythande is a Pilgrim Adept of the Blue Star, and power is bound to a secret that no man may know, or that power is forfeit and she may be slain. The stories cover Lythande outwitting enemies, recovering items lost by others, and getting out of tricky situations.
