A different view of Arizona, far from the art galleries and retirement communities. Trade Ellis is a working rancher who does things the old way on her ranch with the help of neighbors and long-time cowhands who share the ranch with her. On the side, she runs a one woman detective agency.

She's invited to attend her high school reunion. But, several of the long ago cheerleaders are turning up dead, and dismembered. Former classmates with whom she was never close want her to find out what's happening and prevent any more murders. While investigating, Trade sees how some of her former classmates have turned out.

A different view of modern Arizona life.
