This is book 4 in the little library series. Zoe Zola is such a hard to pin down character. I find her confusing with her odd ways. So sometimes that threw me in this story. She seems to have a lot of drama and anxiety.

As you may realize each book is fashioned after famous author. This time it is Agatha Christie, and Then there were none, and Murder on the Orient express.

Jenny wants to run away from Tony, and break her engagement. Zoe's been invited to be a key note speaker at a webinar about Agatha Christie, which she knows is a trap from her vindictive relatives, who shunned her and her mother years ago.

So Jenny takes Zoe to the remote venue, and meets up with her sister Lisa who filming a documentary in the same area. It never stops raining and things get weird. And people keep disappearing just like in Then there were none.

The whole mystery kept me interested, as I tried to work around the quirks of Zoe.

I really like how the author themes play into each book. I dont think you need to read any previous books to enjoy this book 4.
