This songbook contains more than 30 traditional songs from around the world, specially arranged for young children's voices. Simple pronunciation guides enable you to sing in a wide variety of languages, from Arabic to Welsh, and there are also carefully adapted English versions of each song.

All the songs have easy accompaniments for piano or keyboard, and most have indications for simple guitar chords. You can play many of the tunes on the recorder, and there also lots of tips about using other instruments to accopmany your singing.

The music is set in context by lively pictures and fascinating information about instruments, music and musicians from each country.
