This book is a mixed bag of advice. Sometimes you want to smack your head and say, "Duh, why didn't I think of that?". Other times, you'll think "This is impossible! I don't have access/time/money/whatever is necessary to make this change!" Some of these tips have been written dozens of times all over the web, and some of them will require an initial monetary investment (like buying a low-flow shower head, which I actually did). Still, I recommend reading it through, finding the tips that will best suit your lifestyle, and shifting your habits.
