Wonderful paranormal romance full of wizards and fairies.

The Seymours have existed in the world of the mortals living by strict rules to keep mortals from learning of their powers. Niclas is a wizard...his powers are he can hear the thoughts of mortals and their feelings. When he tells his best friend his wife is unfaith the man commits suicide. Any wizard that bring dead or harm to a mortal must pay. Niclas is now cursed with not being about to sleep....without sleep he is slowly going mad because he can't stop or control the thoughts of all the mortals. He now can't control his power.

To lift the curse he must do a good deed. He plans to escort Lady Julia to Wales but another powerful family plans to stop him. He has to use what little powers he has left and what his family has given him to protect himself and Julia.

When he touches Julia, for the first time in 3 years the thoughts of others don't rush into his head. He wants her in his arms all the time so he can find a measure of peace. They journey to Wales hoping to broke the blood curse.
