Kizzy's Cupcakes are coming to town. There is going to be a contest and many events surrounding the cupcake contest. This will bring some much needed revenue to the town. It also brings trouble. Can Dev solve the mystery before the end of the Cupcake weekend? Could there be another suitor for Dev?
