One of Waldeman's "mommy track" mysteries. Juliet Applebaum has left the public defender's office to be a stay at home mom, but she can't keep her hands out of the waters of crime. She thinks hiring a mother's helper will alleviate her stress, but after the Hasidic girl show up one time and then mysteriously disappears, Juliet is compelled to find out where she went. I enjoyed this book, as Juliet juggles caring for a toddler and infant with solving mysteries in a deft and humorous way.
