Damien never wanted to get mixed up with a Choosen and kept to himself for centuries and never having any friends since he lost his brother to his soul (Enkidu). But around Sharron he starts to get feelings that are strange to a six thousand year old vampire because Shannon brings out his emotions that he never realized he had. Sharron is on her death bed and the last thing she wanted to do was bring her friends murderer to justice, but she never counted on the man to be as old as Damien. Damien was Gilgamesh from Sumerian religion ( Ancient Mesopotamian religion) and so was Enkidu.
