Typically brilliant, intelligent writing from Midori Snyder. Good character development and plot. Leaves you with a sense of hope and good sense of the imminent battle to come in the next two books.
For fans of British/Irish history, you'll appreciate the research she put into the book, mirroring the British occupation of Northern Ireland and the underground struggle for freedom. There are also many other historical allegories, but this one most clearly stands out.
