I got this book for my 12 year old manga obsessed daughter. I read it as well. I like that the story had a good message and was clean. Daughter like the drawings and quickly went to copying some of them in her art notebook. I would recommend them for someone who likes manga, but wants to get away from some of the darker ones that are out there.
