A fun summer read. Jenny Troanni quits her job as a copywriter and forms a band with her best friend Lucy. The band becomes a popular LA local band and a record contract bidding war ensues, but not with a few problems. Jenny falls in love with the drummer, a band member becomes addicted to drugs, and the record contract turns out not to be the sweet deal it seemed.
