The Museum was not very popular. After all, who wanted to see what life had been like in the old days? When people got bent and stiff with age (ghastly) and kids had diseases. (That's what they called it when you were ill.) Of course you knew the living, moving recreation of scenes from ancient life weren't real people--only androids--but still, they were so realistic it was sort of morbid. Aside from teaching history, it was a puzzle why Central Control kept the Museum going. Still, it made you realize how lucky you were, not to have been alive when people went on and on until they died naturally...
