This book is full of practical tips and techniques for a wide vareity of everyday situations, both inside and outside the classroom: developing and presenting written assignments for school or work, conveying technical information, applying conventions of grammar, making speeches, working in groups, etc.

It's a great teaching resource, especially for speech teachers and teachers of technical English.
