I agree with the other reviewer that stated the rape trial left a number of unresolved issues and jumped into the trial of the terrorists too quickly and did not fully develop that trial. This might have been better as two separate stories. Also, his use of military terms by having his career military characters state complete terms rather than use the commonly used acronyms, i.e. Naval Criminal Investigative Service vs NCIS, was cumbersome and distracting. If the author was concerned the reader would be unfamiliar with the terms he could have put a listing or glossary at the front of the book.
