This is a beautiful gift book. This is the best Guideposts book that I have read yet. And it is contemporary stories of women by women. Many prayers were answered in this book. A young Man with a weeping mother do something to the policewoman who responded to her call when her son was shot. The young man was dying.The Mother and the policewoman prayed and the young man who should have died lived. A woman prison inmate bitter with life abandoned by her parents with cruel burns on her face and neck. She was so mean that the prisoners avoided her. A woman chaplain tried to talk to her and was rudely repulsed. The Chaplain began praying for this cruel inmate. God changed the inmate's heart.She was released and is the the county supervisor of nursing homes. There are 28 amazing stories in this wonderful book.
