While the cover and the title appealed to me, the book itself did not live up to my expectations. The story starts right off which helps to bring you in but then there was nothing to really keep you there. I was quite bored and really struggled to finish. Usually, I would hang it up after halfway through but since it was a short story, I stuck with it. Not sure why. It stayed boring and the characters were lackluster. It did pick up at the very end but then it was over. Quite disappointing.
