I didn't find anything in here I wanted to make. Way, way too many fish dishes for slow cooking (ugh) and a lot of ethnic and/or highfalutin and/or expensive dishes that just aren't going to happen for us. If parsnip soup, spanish lamb shanks or carribean curried fish sound good to you, by all means give this book a try.
