I was a little disappointed in this book. Normally, I loved Joan Wolf's style of writing and her stores are usually different from the normal regency novels. However, the biggest draw back in this book is how silly the main character is and it does not explain why Earl Winterdale would fall in love with her at first sight. The actions of Georgie can be explained by follies of youth but it makes her an unattractive heroine.
