I really enjoyed reading The Raven Saint, because there were many quandaries without easy solutions. I particularly liked that most of the book took place on board a ship, which is a setting I especially enjoy. The character growth was interesting to see, especially in the spiritual realm. If you enjoy historical fiction during the early 1700's, I recommend this novel. Although it is the third book in the trilogy, you can enjoy it without reading the previous books.
