I used this book to teach health to my daughters. It does have good information in it. The emergency information was outdated, so we skipped over that part. My daughters had recently become CPR certified, so that information was already covered for us. I liked that my daughters could learn how the systems of the body worked, and worked together. The emphasis is that God made us to bring glory to Him. We need to take care of the body God gave us, put good things in it, and be active for Him.
