Max Brand is a classic old time writer of westerns, the idealized west where men are men and honest and villains are the bad guys who get what they deserve. This one is about his character Silvertip (love him) and how he gets his wonderful mount, Parade. Silvertip is no ordinary man .He is a real rough and tough Western man. Silvertip witha rope got his horse Parade with 2 killers tailing him.This is an excellent Western.
