I was unable to write a complete and frank review without including a couple of Spoilers:
Owen and Porter are conjoined Twins--they have two heads, but otherwise share one Torso (and since you are wondering, Yes, only one Penis).
Plus, One Twin is Gay, and one Twin is Not, and this not only creates issues between each other, but also between their Families and Relationships.
It is the interaction between the Brothers as they work out their issues of being both independent (and dependent) on each other which are the very strong aspects of the Book, and this is what makes it both a Quality and Recommended Read.
However, it is around 100 pages left, when the Story starts taking a negative turn, and youd Love the Book More if you stopped at this point, as the issues of homophobia determine the interactions for the rest of the story (and a Great Story will now result in you feeling both Angry and sad).
So, if you finish, youll also probably end up disliking all the Women in the Book, but you will have learned what the Twins have chosen for their Future.
Continuing, I do agree the story does become implausible sand simplistic at times, but I do feel the Book largely reflects Reality.
Also, the Book is not Erotica, but it does Steam at times!
