I have to say that although I really enjoyed this book, I didnt get into it as much as the previous books. I liked that many questions were answered & many loose ends tied up, and even the twists were good. The thing that got to me was that so many parts of the book were SO repetitive. Its hard to be specific w/o giving anything away, but I literally skipped over several pages at a time bc it was just so......"what if this?" "what if that?" "Im so sad about this" "I shouldnt have done that" repeatedly about the same things. I felt like saying "OK, I get it, you were upset/sad/hurt/undecided/confused" but these things seemed to just drag on and even pop up again later for MacKayla to lament and ponder over & over. I would have enjoyed more story. Otherwise it was good. I will surely be reading the future books in the series. I hear there is going to be a spin-off as well.
