DNF. I got so bored! Ample opportunities for conflict but not much action to keep the story moving along. Also, I felt it had a more modern vibe, which was a turnoff. Too bad; I enjoyed the first book in series, but this one fell flat. Can Bennett write winners consistently? Not sure if I want to continue following this new author.
