  Dear Lord

I'm feeling lost and confused
Unsure of what to do
Stuck between a cliff and a killer
This isnt some movie thriller
I know you have a plan
And I gave it up to you
But Lord, Im still at a loss of what to do
Am I giving in too much
Or is it right to let go
I thought I did it your way
But now Im falling outta the show
He says that
And she says this
Then I ask you but im still confused
What should I say today
Your wisdom is what I need
I feel like Im swiftly falling
It doesnt matter what I see or read
Im still unsure
Please make it clear
Cuz I dont wanna go through
Another failure of a year
Reality strikes and I know it could be the end
But Im ready to do anything,
If you'll let me be your freind
Ill let go
Of all I know
Show me, push me
Make me do what is pleasing to you
This is a battle I no longer can fight
Unless I do it with your might
Today Ill face a choice I know
But Im shook up and dont wanna go
The path that'll lead me hurt again
Wishing I didn't give up a friend
I need you to show me
I need you to go with me
Im asking you now
And I know your word says
"He who asks recieves"
So please make this clear to me
Im seeking your way
And I kno the words you say
"He who seeks will find"
So be by my side through this time
Im knocking at your door
Looking for an answer
Again you say
"He who knocks the door will be open
Unto him"
So show me where I am to begin
Thank you for all you've done
I am your daughter and you sent me
Your Son
Thank you for holding me tight
And giving me wisdom in the past
But now I can't find my way along this path
Thank you for giving me answers
Helping me along the way
I ask again My Father
WIth me, please stay!

Jennifer, I feel like you climbed right inside my own heart and mind to write this. Beautiful... I hope you don't mind if I copy it down (with you as author of course) and place it inside my bible to help me in my own prayers.
