  Depressed again,
But what have I gained?
A hint of learning,
while the world was turning.
Hearts will be lost,
And broken and tossed,
into the world-away.
One day soon it will come back someday.
Cross my fingers and hope,
with all who hope.
Blessed be us,
Blessed be in trust!

I wrote this when I was in the seventh grade and I just found it in an old notebook from my mother's house
