This neat cookbook showcases inns around the country with a pen and ink drawing of each one and interesting descriptions. One to three recipes are shared from each kitchen. Some examples are--Maine's Blue Hill Inn:Baked Spicey Corned Beef, Texas' Prince Solms Inn:Chicken Piccata and Linguini with Clam and Shrimp Sauce, Utah's Meadeau View Lodge:Hot Potato Salad and Beef Stroganoff, and Alaska's Gustavus Inn:Crab Rice Salad and Hot Herb Bread.
