A really wonderful find! First, there is an index on the back cover that makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for. Inside are recipes for common and uncommon foods that are easy to execute and don't call for lots of exotic ingredients. The main reason that I am so pleased with this cookbook is that I have searched the web for a meat knish recipe and this book has it! Along with kreplach, kugels, tzimmes, piroshki, blintzes, strudels and specific chapters on various meats and vegetables, are Passover dishes.
