Book starts of a little slow, but makes me feel like I'm in Indiana, that's why I bought it. She tells a good story. It's worth a read. When some writers set books in Indiana it is very effident that they don't understand small town living in Indiana. I would recommend this book.

An entertaining book featuring the first female sheriff in a sleepy Indiana town. On the uncertain back roads of life, take-charge Leigh must ler to let go...trust not only the cold dictates of the law but the hot-blooded demands of her heart.

I am such a Susan Crandall fan! I loved this book and have read all her others. I sure hope she writes another one soon.
