I Say: Yum! Yum! Wouldn't let this recipe book go if I didn't have two copies. A short forward gives some idea of the basis of Ukrainian Cuisine. Each recipe has an English Title and its Ukrainian title in their alphabet. Here's a sampling of recipes to give you an idea: Homemade Pike Caviar; Cabbage, Apples and Onion Salad; Pork Roll Poltava Style; Leg of Lamb Baked with Kidney Beans; Fish Balls from Cod and Farmer Cheese; Beets Stewed in Sour Cream; Wheat Buns with Garlic; Honey Cakes with Poppy Seed; Halushky (Dumplings) with Ham; Apple Strudel; Milk and Raspberry Drink with Ice Cream.
