Really fun, well-written, with good character development.
It isn't overly religious or a shallow romance novel. I really cared about the characters, and felt great when the happy ending was achieved. It's a feel-good read.

I enjoy reading(in this case, listening to) books based in countries other than the USA. "Blessed are the Cheesemakers" takes place primarily in Ireland - though NYC, the South Pacific, and London also factor into the story line. The story is quirky, but in a good way. I guess one could say it's a story full of late & early bloomers - all trying to get to the heart of their own "stories". I smiled and even shed a tear or two at the ending. I recommend this title, especially if a road trip in a vehicle with a cassette player is in your future.
