This was the first Laymon book that I had ever read and I am hooked. I loved it. A little fantasy mixed with horror and it worked out great. The storyline was easy to follow and I was unable to put the book down once I finished. There is a lot of graphic sex in this book so if that offends you don't read it, but otherwise I highly recommend it to all horror fans.

I enjoyed the book, however, I loved his Beast House books better, I didn't think this book was scary at all, to me it was more of an action, adventure, with a little sci fi in it!

Laymon comes up with yet another interesting concept for supernatural/horror story. As with everything I've read of his, you have to suspend belief and be willing to get over the gratuitous sex, but overall it was a good book. Still not as good as my favorite by him "The Travelling Vampire Show".

The beginning was a shocker & really drew me in. Better than the usual Laymon book although there were some parts that dragged on & on. Also felt that the responses of the female characters were a little unrealistic & fit into a pattern of a man's fantasy such as never getting jealous & somehow always finding reasons for running around topless or without their underwear (like most of the female characters in Laymon's books) - but if you can get past that, this was a pretty good read.

A great book! Scary and exciting, I for one did not think it was predictable at all! This book was kind of like a thrill ride...it keeps you on the edge of your seat. Cliche, I know, but its true. Laymon is good and this is one of his better books.

Scared the heck out of me! This is a wonderful read for all the horror fans out there. About a bracelet that allows the wearer to possess other peoples' bodies. Check it out.

This book is by far my favorite Laymon book. I've read it three times and don't think the third will be my last. It's action-packed and thrilling throughout, with action from the first to the last word. I've read most of Laymon's books, and I must say I loved this one the most by far.

I have read other Laymon books and enjoyed them.

This one however seemed to be very drawn out and it was hard to keep my interest.

Not only drawn out, but the story was so predictable. For myself I like books that don't have such a predictable story line.

Yes, there was a few surprises, but a lot of the book was predictable.

I hope my next Laymon book won't be like this one was.

Great read! Weird and interesting. Wonder what it would be like to take a body ride, yes, really gets you to thinking....ride around in someone else's body and see things through their eyes?
Definitely makes you wonder.

If you are a Richard Laymon fan like I am you'll really enjoy this tale. This is quite a tale about a murderer, a regular fellow and two sexy gals. Throw in a magic braclet and your off on another Lymon adventure. This one has a lot of sexual encounters so if your a prude about such things don't read this one!!!

Neal saves a woman from the tortures of a madman by killing the madman, she gives him a gift of a magic bracelet that lets him take "body rides" The madman isn't dead! He is after Neal and the ones he loves for revenge...Neal's adventure begins.
I found this to be a little goofy, but I am sure others will like it. Beware...sexually explicit.

This was the worst of Laymon"s Books ever! The characters made such stupid choices and made it very easy for the villain and so called boogeyman to get them. ( Spoiler alert) He did. Before I really get started let me tell you I am a fan of Laymon and I have read at least ten of his books so far. But this took me a long time to read and I wasn't sure I wanted to pick it back up again. Once the main character meets this little hick and doesn't dump her like he really wanted too. He sooo should've, her dialogue was dumb, and borderline annoying to say the least. He already had a pretty girlfriend that he cared about, but that wasn't enough. So he leaves town and finds this girl. Long story short she gets him killed by convincing him to make some really dumb choices. Instead of the three of them taking the money and running. It's too much to say here, but I would skip this one.
