This is a terrific book, one of a series. Every recipe has a photo of the finished dish. It is a small yet thick book, hardbound, lovely to look at, great recipes.

I've tried several recipes from this book, and they are excellent. Recipes are clearly written, with ingredients that are available at supermarkets, generally. Highly recommended.
