I love Cornbread Nation so much I just can't part with my copy, but was lucky enough to run across another copy so I am able to share this one. If your from the south or have an interest in southern cooking then you'll enjoy this book. It featues some great pictures in Apalachicola Bay. There is alot of wonderful oral history on southern foods, southern cooking, and southern people. It also features some of the best of the best recipes. There is a section of recommendations for searching for the best soul food of the lowcountry along the South Carolina backroads. Cornbread Nation has alot to offer for those who are interested in history, traditions, and southern foods and recipes. It 297 pages of yum!!!
