Has anyone read the vampire series by Jeanne Kalogridis? http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/details/9780385313131-Covenant+With+the+Vampire+The+Diaries+of+The+Family+Dracul I'm looking for a recommendation before parting with my precious credits.

I read them a long time ago. From what I remember (sorry, its not much) they are much closer to true horror novels and not very much like today's paranormal books.
