Rashelle Johnson explains home fermenting in easy-to-understand language. I recently bought a glass gallon jug with an airlock system and was looking for recipes. This is the second book on this subject I've read recently. Gut health is the latest buzzphrase in health circles.

An extensive question-and-answer section clarifies points and offers tips for successful fermenting. I am looking forward to trying some of the author's recipes -- they sound great.
