This is a classic, it doesn't have color photos of what the finished dishes look like or photos of the steps along the way, but the directions are clear and the finished meals come out just the way they do in a good quality Chinese restaurant. I'm not giving up my copy even though I thought it would be a browse through, copy some recipes and pass it along deal, this one is a keeper. Good luck finding your own copy.
