(1990) We've got rich folks with hot blood (of course), a "dazzling daughter" of a South African ambassador. Then there's Ramon, the Marques de Santiago y Machado (he's the Golden Fox), ruthless world terrorist. Of course, the beauty falls in love with the terrorist, and bears his child. Dastardly deeds ensue, sprawling across various exotic locales. Sounds like a Romance novel, doesn't it? Nah, it's a thriller. And a fast and fun read. Three and a half stars.
