Cathie disliked Rob Douglas before she even met him. The Eastern city slicker was buying her grandparents' farm, which Cathie, more than anything, wanted to keep in the family. Rob turned out to be just as disturbing in the flesh-and dangerously seductive. Cathie decided immediately to stay out of his way. The less she saw of him the better for her. But he wasn't having it. With a calm arrogance that infuriated Cathie, he set out to undermine her resistance. . .
