Joyce Elaine Keller (born May 28, 1969) is an American television and radio host, author, and psychic medium. She has hosted a live radio show The Joyce Keller Show since 1989 on New York's WGBB. She has also authored 7 international best-selling books, including the Angel Series books, "Seven Steps to Heaven", "Calling All Angels", and "Complete Book of Numerology".
She has appeared frequently on major TV shoes, always jamming the phone lines, such as OPRAH, REGIS, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, JOAN RIVER'S, GERALDO, and many other TV shows. She was also a regular part of The Soupy Sales' Show on NBC. Soupy, a great comedian, who was famous for throwing pies, thought it was great fun to throw water balloons at Joyce while they were on the air. She has been honored in Simon & Schuster's "Top 100 Psychics in America," and many issued of "Who's Who." Her primary goal is to prove that psychic work can be, and should be legitimate. Flying without a net, she has done only live TV and radio shows, in an attempt to prove that psychics can be honest and "real." Joyce has made it a life-long quest to route out the genuine psychics from those who are fraudulent. In addition, she has proven the legitimacy and honesty of her own psychic abilities by being "tested" by the magician, "The Amazing Randi," on both the OPRAH WINFREY SHOW and REGIS PHILBIN's SHOWS. Joyce is one of a number of people who have been tested by Randi. For years, he has offered $10,000 to psychics who can prove their ability. Joyce succeeded in passing Randi's tests, but to date has not received the $10,000 check.
Joyce began her career in television while she was teaching yoga, and was invited to host a live, award-winning fitness show, "Trim & Slim," on New York's WSNL-TV. She also hosted "Joyce Keller's Magazine Show," which included restaurant reviews, flying lessons, and a variety of other topics, on New York's Cablevision TV. She hosted a long-running television show, "Psychic Insights," also on Cablevision TV, and is a member of the performer's union, AFTRA/SAG and The Author's Guild. She has had many fellow psychics and mediums on her shows, including John Edward and James Van Praagh.
A dedicated metaphysical teacher of the paranormal and mysticism, Joyce works only in God's light of truth and understanding. Raised a Methodist, with a grandfather who was the highest degree Mason, a dad who was a pharmacist, and a mother who was psychic, Joyce branched out to levels of greater understanding and wisdom, and continues to cover all metaphysical bases, as she shares that wisdom with her TV and radio audiences, and through her books. She is a long-time member of the metaphysical center Astara and Sri Paramahansa Yogananda's organization.
