A lovely chinese cookbook full of quick recipes. Lots of photograghs of finished dishes.
Good classic Chinese recipes including lots of chicken and seafood recipes with some beef and lamb dishes tossed in. Nice glossy color photos. Nothing wild and crazy like roasted silkworms or scorpions on a stick...ugh.
