This book is awesome! I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I will be shortly. The information in the book is good and the recipes look very yummy. There are several I will be trying. I would definitely recommend this book.
Great book, even though the information isn't new, it's still very accurate. I've been using the tools mentioned in the book and have successfully lost almost 30 pounds in 3 months. The book is informative, easy and fun to read and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
