Macarthur Job (born Taree, New South Wales, 10 April 1926) is an Australian aviation writer and air safety consultant. He has published six books on aviation safety.
Job was a Senior Inspector with the Air Safety Investigation branch of the Australian Department of Civil Aviation. He then edited Aviation Safety Digest for 14 years. The magazine won the US Flight Safety Foundation's Publication of the Year award. He was formerly a Flying Doctor pilot and still flies regularly.
In 1997 Job was awarded the Aviation Safety Award at the Australian International Airshow. He contributes to Australian Aviation magazine and has written for Time magazine. He was a consultant for the TV series Black Box.
