Mary Lou Quinlan (born 1950s) is an American consumer strategist.

Quinlan is a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Married to Joe Quinlan, she has held executive positions at Avon and NWAyer in New York City. She is currently the CEO of Just Ask a Woman, and author of the book Just Ask a Woman: Cracking the Code of What Women Want and How They Buy (2003). She is probably most known for her appearance in the ABC television show American Inventor, where she became hysterical due to the sexual nature of one of the would-be inventor's product. The revealing nature of the inventor's lingerie garment prompted Quinlan to begin insulting and verbally attacking both the inventor and the inventor’s model. This tirade went on for several minutes until Quinlan managed to regain her composure and the contestant was ordered to leave the studio.
