So far this is the best, and most complete book on Homebrewing i've ever read. Plus the author adds a little bit of humor in with the information to make it an enjoyable read.

Good book. The photos are super dated, but it is still the great beginners guide to brewing.

This book is the total instruction book for home brewers. Everything is explained here. Step by step, starting with the most basic, easiest method, you learn about beers and beer making in all its facets and categories. Born from the hippie crafting era, when people shared the old rituals and secrets of the trades, this book preserves the craft as something that can be done at home, as it was for centuries. The pictures are especially helpful. I love this book.

This is a hoot! Good recipes too. Unfortuntely doesn't go into detail on lagering and secondary fermentation as much as I'd hoped.
