This story brings back so many sad feelings about 9/11/01. But then it gives the hope and the inspiration to continue. This is a great story.

Better have a hankie for this one. A moving book that takes your emotions for a ride. I had to stop reading Karen Kingsbury for awhile as she left me tired and drained from all of the emotions I go through reading her books. I literally sobbed at the end of this book. Make sure you have "Beyond Tuesday Morning" nearby to finish the short series.

This book is part of the "September 11 Series". The other book is called "Beyond Tuesday Morning". Although I think Karen Kingsbury did a great job writing about 9/11, and made it more personal by letting us, the readers, see into the lives of fictional families affected by the tragedy, I found the twin concept hard to believe. I appreciate her message however, and am planning on reading the 2nd book of the series.

OMG! This book was awesome! It gave a real glimpse into the lives of the 9/11 tragedy and those affected most. I was not really affected by the tragedy the way most were so reading this definitley gave a good insight. Oh, and this is actually both stories: One Tuesday Morning & Beyond Tuesday Morning. So you get to for one here!

Karen Kingsbury is a master of storytelling. She has created scenarios that could very well have been straight from the headlines of 9-11, yet keeping you anticipating what the end result would be. My first from this author and I look forward to reading many more titles of hers.

A great story about God's faithfulness during really bad times, such as during September 11th. The story takes many twists and turns while staying believable.

Wow and I do mean Wow! I waited for a long time before I could read this book because of the subject. The storyline is well-crafted and I am glad that these characters don't end here- there is another book in the series and I believe yet another to come. This is among my top 3 favorites of Ms. Kingsbury.

Like all of Karen Kingsbury's books, this one is excellent. It really made me think about all the people involved in 9-11 and that for each one there is a story. I am looking forward to the other two books in this series.

This was a moving and semi-factual book about the bombing of the twin towers. The story of course was of fictional charactors but with a true bent that one would think could have actually happened. The sequel was just a good and it is good to order them in pairs. After you read the first one, you would definitely want to read the second one. As usual with Karen Kingsbury, I almost could not put it down and it had so many good messages to relate on life itself. Totally recommend this book.

Karen Kingsbury manages to take you right into the lives of families dealing with the tragedy of 9/11. Specifically she brings you into the family of a FDNY firefighter and a highly successful businessman. Their paths cross that fateful morning with results that no one could expect. "One Tuesday Morning" deals with marriage and family relationships, faith and its affects on those relationships during times of tragedy. That there's a mystery, of sorts, involved - only adds to this heartwrenching but ultimately hope-filled story.

Im a firefighter, God, so I know Ive been in some tough places before. But this . . . this not knowing the people I love . . . this is the hardest thing I can imagine.
The last thing Jake Bryan knew was the roar of the World Trade Center collapsing on top of him and his fellow firefighters. The man in the hospital bed remembers nothing. Not rushing with his teammates up the stairway of the south tower to help trapped victims. Not being blasted from the building. And not the woman sitting by his bedside who says she is his wife.

Jamie Bryan will do anything to help her beloved husband regain his memory, and with it their storybook family life with their small daughter, Sierra. But that means helping Jake rediscover the one thing Jamie has never shared with him: his deep faith in God.

Jakes fondest prayer for his wife is about to have an impact beyond anything he could possibly have conceived. One Tuesday Morning is a love story like none you have ever read: tender, poignant, commemorating the tragedy and heroism of September 11 and portraying the far-reaching power of Gods faithfulness and a good mans love.

I loved this book! The characters and the story was real. I think Karen Kingsbury is an awesome writer!

I was hesitant to read this book, but once I started, I couldn't put it down. What a wonderful personification of a terrible event. It is fiction, but when I finished it all I could think was that it would be so wonderful if parts of the story had actually happened the way Karen Kingsbury imagined they could happen. One of the most poignant stories was the one about the group of firemen who realized the tower was coming down and there was no escape for them. I could only hope that I as a believer would have acted the way they acted. It's a heart wrenching story that had beautiful impacts on its characters, and me.

This was one of the best books I've ever read! I just couldn't put it down. It made my heart break for everyone who lost a loved one on that tragic day. I think most everyone was changed that Tuesday morning. This book brought back some of the emotions I had in the weeks after 9/11 & I couldn't get through it without crying. I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Christian fiction. September 11, 2001 - affected everyone, some much more than others. Jake is an FDNY firefighter, a wonderful husband and father, and a devout Christian. His life influences so many people in so many ways. A wonderful, reflective read.

WONDERFUL BOOK about a horrible event in our country! Karen Kingsbury always manages to write with a lot of

This book was picked to be read by our book club a couple of months ago. I wasn't sure I wanted to read it as 9/11 related stories are uncomfortable to me. However, Karen Kingsbury dealt with that day and the its aftermath in such an honest and compassionate way that I became completely engrossed in this book. Whether you are spiritually minded or not, her story and the realistic delivery of the characters will suck you in and you will not be able to put this book down to the last page. I highly recommend also reading - Beyond One Tuesday Morning which is the sequel to this book.
