Lays out everything you don't want to know about the foods you eat plus things like contaminants in food and what they are and how they make you sick. Each food type has its own chapter then they tell you all the bad things that can happen to it. For example did you know that fish can harbor Hepatitis? Do you know all the things that might be in tap water? A very well organized book although it may scare you to death to eat or drink anything ever again.
