I am not a fan of romance novels, and I'm pretty sure this falls into the romance genre. BUT, I do like time travel and scifi/fantasy plotlines. There are few holes in the premise, but it is a fun read and a fascinating concept.

Jordan has spent her life pursuing the promises of science, but a failed marriage and an equally disappointing project leave her logical mind at a loss. She wonders if her sanity is completely shot when a painting on her wall comes to life and out of it steps a young man who grabs her and takes her back through the image. She finds herself in a future far different than she would have imagined, and in the arms of the love of a lifetime. Fobes, with her mystical take on time travel, presents a refreshing futuristic romance, and launches a new series. Although some external conflicts are too easily resolved, and a couple of scenes seem out of place, overall this romance is a pleasing diversion, and the overarching story line will keep readers wanting more
